Let me introduce myself and Lift2Last. I’m Jochem, founder and personal trainer at Lift2Last. I’m delighted to see you here and tell you more about our story.
I started Lift2Last after an intense corporate career of 7+ years. Having experienced myself first hand how the stress of combining work, family-life, social engagements and all the other day-to-day challenges of life, can impact our overall health and wellbeing, I found a new passion in fitness, sport and the science of health and wellbeing. So fast forward, I decided it was time to turn my passion, knowledge and experience for the benefits of others as a certified Personal Trainer.
